The Top Community Design Projects of the Year
Last year was marked by various remarkable displays we created for different communities. Here are some memorable projects that enhance public spaces by capturing the essence they represent.
1. Striking Displays That Reach New Heights
Starting off strong, we’ve had the honor of collaborating with the City of Lancaster to create twelve pylon signs for the Auto Mall. Spanning across the 14 Freeway, these 25-foot displays showcase prominent brands. They feature intricate illumination, ensuring every brand’s logo shines bright at nighttime. Additionally, the LED strips on the posts upgrade the project’s overall aesthetic.
2. Outdoor Projects Grounded in Greatness
Next up is an exceptional addition to our portfolio of outdoor signs. The monument display made for the City of El Segundo radiates character. It showcases the City’s rich history with iconic landmarks and symbols on each letter. LEDs along the edges illuminate the project with alternating colors. Spotlights at the base enhance its glow, turning it into an iconic place in the city.
Similarly, the highlighted monument displays bring their surroundings to life. The Highlands Park project for the city of Clearlake stands out with a design tailored to its natural setting. Crafted from premium aluminum, the display echoes the park’s cozy atmosphere. The monument display made for the Tahoe City Public Utility District enhances the aesthetic of Kilner Park. The well-chosen colors and top-quality materials ensure amplified visibility.

The past year was remarkable for corporate design projects as well. We partnered with well-known businesses, providing custom signage solutions that embody their brands.
3. Displays Glowing With Impact
First on the list is the California Theatre LED display that brings new life to one of Pittsburg’s crown jewels. As one of our finest modern signs, the project honors the historic theater’s legacy. Its versatile design also serves as excellent event signage.
The other two projects feature custom channel letters with a bold aesthetic. The DRAZ & DOLCE display highlights the brand’s modern and chic identity. It showcases the sophistication that store signs offer. The project for West Main Animal Hospital fosters a warm atmosphere for pet owners. Its front-facing illumination ensures visibility at night, making it easy for the passersby to spot the hospital.
4. Design Projects That Shape the Skyline
Next, we turn our attention to the dimensional project crafted for Align Precision. Mounted on the building facade, the quality display adds a professional touch to the company’s exterior branding. The display for our clients at Ether is among the largest building signs we’ve worked on. Suspended from a great height, it compliments the building’s metallic exterior. This design project also showcases the impact of 3D signs. The latter brings a dynamic presence to any architectural design.
The project for Feeding America serves as a bold symbol of the organization’s mission. Paired with their slogan, it reinforces the company’s commitment to supporting communities. Last but not least, the Famous bar’s display stands as a prominent element on a red brick wall. The gold coloring and modern design capture the venue’s lively atmosphere.
